摘 要:为解决装甲装备再制造发动机使用性定量评估的问题,引入代理模型建模原理,以发动机再制造生产和实验室数据为基础,构建了以多种再制造关键工艺参数为输入的再制造发动机使用性评估代理模型,可根据发动机再制造工艺参数近似估算再制造发动机的使用性水平,从而为装甲装备发动机再制造工艺技术方案的选择和优化提供了一种定量评估方法,通过某型装甲装备发动机关键件算例和实际数据的对比分析,表明了该方法的有效性以及良好的易用性和精度.Based on the data of engine factory and engine remanufacturing laboratory,a relationship model between engine remanufacturing process and remanufacturing engine usability was established in this paper,realizing quantitative evaluation to remanufacturing engine usability depend on remanufacturing technologic parameters.In order to solve the problem of quantitative evaluation of remanufacturing engine serviceability of armored equipment,the agent model modeling principle was introduced,and based on engine remanufacturing production and laboratory data,a remanufacturing engine serviceability evaluation agent model was constructed with a variety of remanufacturing key process parameters as input,which could approximate the remanufactur-ing engine serviceability level according to engine remanufacturing process parameters.Thus,a quantitative evaluation method was provided for the selection and optimization of the remanufacturing process of armored equipment engine.The effectiveness,ease of use and accuracy of the method are demonstrated by the comparis-on and analysis of the key parts of a certain armored equipment engine and the actual data being reliable and us-able.Comparing with actual data,the analyzed results with the proposed evaluation method for several key fric-tion pairs of the remanufactured engine validate the usability of the new method,and it can improve the objectiv-ity and accuracy of the evaluation.
