摘 要:通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和实地观察法,探讨我国职业高尔夫球员常见腰伤的成因,并提出预防措施建议。结果发现:职业高尔夫球员腰部损伤多发于球场和练习场挥杆训练时,类型多为轻中度慢性损伤。损伤的原因主要是挥杆技术动作不当,肌肉群局部负荷过大,缺乏防范意识和知识。为预防腰伤,应正确理解腰部动作机制,引入相关肌群力量和灵活性训练,重视训赛过程中的自我监督和运动队监督,养成健康的日常生活习惯和多运动项目参与的习惯。This article discuss the causes of common lumbar injuries among professional golfers in China and put forward preventive measures through methods of Literature Review,Questionnaire Survey,Expert Interview and Field Observation.The results showed that lumbar injuries in professional golfers are more common during swing training on the golf course and practice range,and the types are mostly mild to moderate chronic injuries.The main reasons for the injury are improper swing technology,excessive local load of muscle group,and lack of prevention awareness and knowledge.In order to prevent lumbar injury,it is necessary to to have a correct understanding of the mechanism of waist movements,introduce relevant muscle group strength and flexibility training,attach importance to self-supervision and sports team supervision in the process of training and competition,and develop healthy daily living habits and the habit of multi-sports participation.
