摘　　要：随着体育竞技水平的不断提升,传统篮球训练方法已难以满足现代篮球运动需求。信息技术作为一种新兴的技术手段,在提高篮球运动训练水平、增强学生竞技能力方面发挥着重要作用。为推动体育事业发展,适应当代体育竞技环境,提升篮球运动训练水平,确保学生在篮球竞技比赛中取得优异成绩,高校有必要深入研究信息技术,将信息技术科学应用在篮球运动训练中,创新篮球运动训练模式。该文对信息技术在篮球运动训练中的有效运用进行了探究,对其在篮球运动训练中的运用保障措施进行了研究,旨在为基于信息技术的篮球运动训练活动的开展提供科学指导,强化篮球运动训练效果。With the continuous improvement of sports competition level,traditional basketball training methods are no longer able to meet the needs of modern basketball sports.As an emerging technological means,information technology plays an important role in improving the level of basketball training and enhancing students'competitive abilities.In order to promote the development of sports,adapt to the contemporary sports competition environment,improve the level of basketball training,and ensure that students achieve excellent results in basketball competitions,it is necessary for universities to conduct in-depth research on Information technology,scientifically apply iInformation technology science to basketball training,and innovate basketball training models.This paper explores the effective use of information technology in basketball training,and studies the safeguard measures of the use of information technology in basketball training,aiming to provide scientific guidance for the development of basketball training activities based on information technology and strengthen the effect of basketball training.
