高校广场舞的推广实践——基于西安交通大学的案例分析

摘　　要：该文探讨了广场舞在高校中的推广及其实践效果,特别以西安交通大学的“嗨跳·仙交”活动为例,分析了其对增强学生体质、丰富校园文化生活和促进不同代际间交流的正面作用。通过文献回顾和案例分析,阐述了广场舞作为全民健康运动,在高校文化中的特殊意义。研究指出,广场舞不仅有助于塑造学生的人格,培养终身体育习惯,提高身体素质,还能增强校园的凝聚力。该文建议高校主动将广场舞融入校园文化,通过开设相关课程和社团活动,激励学生参与,实现德育、智育、体育、美育和劳动教育的综合发展。展望未来,高校应持续创新体育活动形式,深化全面教育的理念,为培育全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人贡献力量。This paper discusses the promotion and practical effect of college square dance,especially taking the activity"Hi Dance.Xianjiao"of Xi'an Jiaotong University as an example,and analyzes its positive effect of enhancing students'physique,enriching campus cultural life and promoting the communication between different generations.Through Literature Review and Case Analysis,the paper expounds the special significance of square dance as a national health movement in college culture.The research points out that square dance can not only help to shape students'personality,cultivate lifelong sports habits and improve their physical fitness,but also enhance the cohesion of the campus.It suggests that colleges and universities should take the initiative to integrate square dance into campus culture,and encourage students to participate by opening relevant courses and community activities,so as to realize the comprehensive development of moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and labor education.Looking into the future,colleges and universities should continue to innovate the forms of sports activities,deepen the concept of comprehensive education,and contribute to the cultivation of all-round socialist builders and successors.
