摘　　要：目的:选育满足不同加工需求的艾新品种。方法:以前期选育的4个艾新品系为材料,经过区域试验和生产试验,对其农艺性状、抗病性、产量和品质等指标进行综合评价,选育出不同用途的南阳艾8~11号4个新品种。结果:4个品系在株型及叶型上有明显差异;4个品系的指标性成分含量均符合2020年版中国药典(一部)标准要求;区域试验和生产试验中,4个品系的全株干重、干叶重均比对照增产明显,南阳艾11号增产幅度最大;南阳艾8号艾叶出绒率最高,达到43.51%,其次为南阳艾9号,为42.85%,均与其他品系差异明显;南阳艾10号总挥发油含量为0.89 mL/100 g,显著高于其他品系。结论:南阳艾8~11号满足了不同艾产品加工的需求,于2021年10月通过河南省中药材品种鉴定专业委员会鉴定。Objective:To breed new variety of Artemisia argyi for the needs of different processing.Methods:Using four Artemisia argyi strains selected earlier as materials,agronomic traits,disease resistance,yield and quality were evaluated comprehensively after regional and production test,four new varieties of Nanyang Artemisia argyi No.8~No.11 for different purposes were selected and bred.Results:There were obvious differences in plant type and leaf type among 4 strains.The contents of the index components of the four strains were in line with the standard requirements of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part I).In the regional test and production test,the dry weight and dry leaf weight of the four strains were significantly increased compared with the control,and the increase of Nanyang Artemisia argyi No.11 was the largest.Nanyang Artemisia argyi No.8 had the highest wool yield(43.51%),followed by Nanyang Artemisia argyi No.9(42.85%),which was significantly different from other strains.The total volatile oil content of Nanyang Artemisia argyi No.10 was 0.89 mL/100 g,which was significantly higher than that of other strains.Conclusion:Nanyang Artemisia argyi No.8~No.11 can meet the processing needs of different Artemisia argyi products,and they are identified by Henan provincial Chinese herbal medicine varieties identification committee in October 2021.
