摘　　要：目的:通过调查辽宁省鞍山市药用植物资源的种类及分布状况,掌握鞍山市药用植物资源的特征,为该市的中药资源保护和可持续开发利用提供本底资料。方法:按照第四次全国中药资源普查技术规范的要求,制定普查方案,采用传统野外实地调查与现代技术相结合的方法,收集鞍山市药用植物资源的相关信息。结果:共完成174个样地、870个样方套、5220个样方的调查工作,全面覆盖鞍山市1个县级市、2个县、4个区的范围,记录到182科598属1228种药用植物;重点调查了药用植物132种,均为2020年版中国药典收载品种;5种属于辽宁省新记录物种。结论:鞍山市药用植物资源物种多样性较丰富,域内大部分中药资源种群处于稳定状态,但有少数种群呈减少的趋势,建议加强动态监测与资源保护,营造良好的中药资源生存空间和中医药文化氛围,共同推进药用植物资源的可持续发展。Objective:To investigate the species and distribution of medicinal plant resources in Anshan city,Liaoning province,to master the characteristics of medicinal plant resources,so as to provide background data for the protection and sustainable development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Anshan city.Methods:According to the requirements of the technical specification of the fourth national survey of Chinese medicine resources,the survey plan was formulated,and the traditional field survey and modern technology were combined to collect the relevant information of the medicinal plant resources in Anshan city.Results:A total of 174 plots,870 quadrat sets and 5220 quadrat plots were investigated,covering 1 county-level city,2 counties and 4 districts in Anshan city.1228 species of medicinal plants were recorded in 182 families,598 genera.The 132 kinds of medicinal plants were heavily investigated,all of which were included in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia;5 species belonged to the new record species in Liaoning province.Conclusion:The diversity of medicinal plant resources in Anshan city is abundant,most of the Chinese medicine resource populations in the city and county are in a stable state,but a few populations are decreasing.It is suggested to strengthen dynamic monitoring and resource protection,create a good living space and cultural atmosphere of Chinese medicine resources,and jointly promote the sustainable development of medicinal plant resources.
