摘  要:目的:研究滇黄精Polygonatum kingianum Coll.et Hemsl.根茎的化学成分。方法:运用正反相硅胶、AB-8大孔吸附树脂及制备高效液相等多种色谱方法对滇黄精根茎的醇提物进行分离纯化,结合HRMS、NMR等波谱数据及相关文献数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从滇黄精中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:N-对香豆酰真蛸胺(1)、N-反式-对香豆酰基酪胺(2)、disporopsin(3)、反式-阿魏酸对羟基苯乙酯(4)、(-)-syringaresinol-O-β-D-glucopyroside(5)、militarin(6)、tetrahydro-5-oxo-2-furancaboxylic acid ethylester(7)、n-butyl pyroglutamate(8)。结论:其中,化合物4~7为首次从黄精属植物中分离得到,化合物8为首次从滇黄精中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the rhizomes of Polygonatum kingianum.Methods:The ethanol extract of Polygonatum kingianum rhizomes was isolated and purified by positive and negative phase silica gel,AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin and high performance liquid chromatography.The structures were identified by HRMS,NMR and other spectral data and related literature data.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from Polygonatum kingianum and identified as(E)-N-(2-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylamide(1),trans-N-p-coumaroyltyramine(2),disporopsin(3),p-hydroxyphenethyl trans-ferulate(4),(-)-syringaresinol-O-β-D-glucopyroside(5),militarin(6),tetrahydro-5-oxo-2-furancaboxylic acid ethylester(7),nbutyl pyroglutamate(8),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 4 to 7 are isolated from Polygonatum genus for the first time,compound 8 is isolated from Polygonatum kingianum for the first time.
