摘  要:倒锥壳形水柜多采用预制提升工艺安装,工期长且施工操作不当时易发生渗漏。为改善其不足,需对一种工期短、防渗质量高的工艺进行研究。文章参照以往倒锥壳形水柜施工工艺进行方案比选,确定施工方案为型钢三角托架结合满堂支撑架原位现浇的方式,并对该方案的两种工况进行承载能力验算校核,同时详细介绍了该方案的托架布置、模板支撑、混凝土浇筑等工艺及安全风险管控采取的针对性措施。经在实际工程中应用型钢三角托架结合满堂支撑架原位现浇施工技术,达到了工期短、质量高的目标,可为今后类似工程提供参考。The water tank of invert tapered shell used to be prefabricated and lifted, which lead to increase water leakage and long construction period.In order to improve the inadequate, it will be necessary to research a kind of construction technology with short construction period and high quality.This paper discusses some construction schemes for the water tank of invert tapered shell, determining the total construction scheme is cast-in-situ concrete by the shelf bracket of the steel combine full-hall supporting frame, checking and calculating the bearing capacity of the construction scheme in two cases, describing the site arrangement of bracket, support system, concrete casting and the control measures of security risks.Applying the shelf bracket of the steel combine full-hall supporting frame to construct the water tank of invert tapered shell, which reaches the goal with short construction period and high quality, which can be referred for similar engineering.
