摘  要:在有限场地内进行盖挖法前期施工面临技术与管理等方面诸多挑战,因此研究有效的应对策略具有重要现实意义。文章以新建轨道交通工程为例,结合精细化组织管理和关键技术优化,确定了场地条件对施工资源调配的影响,建立了基于时空效应分析的施工管理组织方法,通过将施工流程和工序单元细化拆分,合并同类管理环节,采用技术手段优化关键工序,从而缩短施工周期,提高施工效率。结果表明:在实施优化措施后,盖挖段前期施工工期缩短4.9 d,机械利用率提高16.7%,综合成本降低11.1%。该研究在实践中保障了工程质量与公共安全,提升了施工效率,可为类似有限场地条件下的盖挖法前期施工提供参考。The cover-cut method within limited sites faces numerous technical and managerial challenges, so it is of great practical significance to study effective countermeasures.This article takes a new metro project as an example, and integrates refined organizational management with key technological optimizations to assess the impact of site conditions on the allocation of construction resources.A construction management organizational approach based on spatiotemporal effect analysis is established.By detailing and subdividing the construction process and work units, merging similar management stages, and optimizing critical processes through technical means, the construction period is shortened, and efficiency is increased.The effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated through a actual engineering case: after implementing the optimization measures, the early construction period of the cover-cut method was saved by 4.9 days, the mechanical utilization rate was increased by 16.7%,and the comprehensive cost was reduced by 11.1%.The results show that this study ensures project quality and public safety in practice, enhances construction efficiency, and provides a reference for the earlystage of the cover-cut method under similarlylimited sites conditions.
