摘 要:某高层住宅地下室顶板在覆土施工过程中,地下室一框架柱被压溃,相邻区域梁构件出现开裂现象。为了解事故产生的原因,通过事故现场调查、混凝土强度检测、钻芯取样、超声波不密实度检测等现场检测内容,结合现场结构实际受力情况,对压溃柱在不同工况下进行了承载力计算分析。结果表明:事故产生的主要原因为该框架柱存在混凝土严重离析缺陷,次要原因为顶板覆土超载及挖掘机施工影响。本文可为今后出现类似工程事故提供一些预防借鉴。During the backfilling process of the basement floor of a high-rise residential building,one of the frame columns under the basement was crushed,and adjacent beam members showed signs of cracking.In order to investigate the cause of the accident,on-site investigation,concrete strength testing,core sampling,and ultrasonic testing for poor compaction were conducted.Based on the actual load-bearing conditions of the structure on site,the bearing capacity of the crushed column under different conditions was calculated.The analysis showed that the main cause of the accident was the serious segregation defect in the concrete of the frame column,while the secondary cause was overloading of the topsoil during backfilling and the impact of the excavator during construction.This paper can provide some preventive lessons for similar engineering accidents in the future.
