摘 要:为研究特厚煤层综放工作面顶煤冒放性,结合塔山煤矿10501工作面5号煤层的开采条件,分别从埋深、煤体强度、煤体裂隙发育程度、夹矸强度和厚度、采放比等方面分析了顶煤冒放性的主要影响因素,数值模拟了2号和5号煤层采动对顶煤破碎效果的影响。根据理论分析、数值模拟结果,采取相应措施后,夹矸破碎程度高,顶煤冒放性好,达到了预期工程效果。To study the top coal caving of the fully-mechanized caving face in extra thick coal seams,combining the mining conditions of the No.5 coal seam in Tashan Coal Mine,the main influencing factors of the top coal caving from the aspects of burial depth,coal body strength,coal body crack development degree,gangue strength and thickness,and mining-caving ratio were analyzed.The numerical simulation of the impact of mining of the No.2 and No.5 coal seams on the top coal crushing effect was also conducted.After taking corresponding measures based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results,the degree of fragmentation of the gangue was high,and the top coal caving performance was good,achieving the expected engineering effect.
