摘  要:切缝爆破是切顶留巷施工的关键一环,针对目前爆破过程中存在的冲孔问题,丁集煤矿对封孔剂进行改良,通过研究封孔剂的凝固时间与强度实验确定最佳配比,并对不同规格的试件进行SHPB实验,研究了封孔剂的力学特性。同时对封孔器进行研究,最终设计并采用双囊袋封孔器间隔封孔方法。在实际应用中,冲孔率为1.45%,证明该封孔方法可行,封孔可靠,为防治爆破冲孔问题积累了经验。Cutting slit blasting is a key part of the construction of roof cutting and entry retaining,for the current blasting process there is a punch hole problem,Dingji Coal Mine improved the sealing agent,determined the optimal ratio through the study of the solidification time and strength of the sealing agent experiments,and conducted SHPB experiments on specimens with different specifications to study the mechanical properties of the sealing agent;at the same time,the sealing agent was studied,and finally designed and adopted the method of spaced sealing with double bladder bag sealer.In practical application,the punching rate is 1.45%,which proves that the sealing method is feasible and reliable,and accumulates experience for the prevention and control of blasting punching problems.
