摘  要:井下火灾具有隐蔽性强、火场环境危险等特点,实时监测和辨识井下火灾隐患对于煤矿安全高效生产具有重要意义。经鉴定,山脚树矿可采及局部可采煤层均为均为自燃煤层,防灭火工程量及技术难度大,为进一步提高山脚树矿防灭火管控能力,采用KJ428矿用分布式激光火情监测系统对221810采面采空区内CO、温度、O_(2)、CH_(4)、CO_(2)、C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(2)等基础参数进行实时监测,监测数据与地面色谱分析值基本一致,在误差允许范围内。表明KJ428火情监测系统具有灵敏度高、响应速度快的特点,利用该设备能够进一步实现全矿井井下采空区及密闭的自然发火状况实时动态监测,提前火情风险预警,有效地避免或降低火灾对于矿山环境和人员的危害,对精准划分采空区“三带”也具有重要作用。Underground fires have the characteristics of strong concealment and hazardous fire environment.Real-time monitoring and identification of underground fire hazards are of great significance for the safe and efficient production of coal mines.After identification,both the mineable and locally mineable coal seams in Shanshanshu Mine are spontaneous combustion coal seams,and the amount and technical difficulty of fire prevention and control engineering are high.In order to further improve the fire prevention and control capabilities of Shanshanshu Mine,KJ428 distributed laser fire monitoring system was used to monitor the basic parameters such as CO,temperature,O_(2),CH_(4),CO_(2),C_(2)H_(4),C_(2)H_(2),etc.in the goaf of the 221810 mining face in real-time.The monitoring data was basically consistent with the ground chromatographic analysis values,within the allowable error range.This indicates that the KJ428 fire monitoring system has the characteristics of high sensitivity and fast response speed.The use of this equipment can further achieve real-time dynamic monitoring of the natural combustion status in the goaf and enclosed areas of the entire mine,early warning of fire risks,effectively avoiding or reducing the harm of fires to the mining environment and personnel,and playing an important role in accurately dividing the"three zones"of goaf.
