摘 要:针对冯家塔煤矿1103工作面上隅角氧含量偏低问题,采用现场实测、拟合计算以及理论分析等方法,首先,对上隅角氧含量分布情况进行实测,并对上隅角区域灾害气体的范围进行精确划定;其次对低氧气体源头以及涌出成因进行分析,分别研究煤层赋存、地表裂隙通道、隔离煤柱、巷道布置对上隅角氧气含量的影响。最后,结合上隅角氧含量实测值以及理论分析得出影响工作面上隅角氧含量偏低的主控因素为煤层CO_(2)—N_(2)随采掘工作的释放。结合现场实际生产需求,采取气囊堵风、设置风障以及柔性集风导风装置等方式对氧含量偏低问题进行治理,应用结果良好,保障上隅角氧含量维持在安全合理水平提供了技术指导。Aiming at the problem of low oxygen content in the upper corner of the No.1103 working face in Fengjiata Coal Mine,using methods such as on-site measurement,fitting calculation and theoretical analysis,the distribution of oxygen content in the upper corner was measured first,and the range of disaster gases in the upper corner area was accurately delineated.Secondly,the source of low oxygen gas and the cause of the gushing were analyzed,and the effects of coal seam occurrence,surface fissure channels,isolated coal pillars,and roadway layout on the oxygen content in the upper corner were studied respectively.Finally,combined with the measured value of oxygen content in the upper corner and theoretical analysis,it was concluded that the main controlling factor affecting the low oxygen content in the upper corner of the working face was the release of CO_(2)—N_(2) from the coal seam with the mining work.Combined with the actual production needs on-site,the problem of low oxygen content was controlled by means of air bag blocking,setting up wind barriers,and flexible wind collecting and guiding devices.The application results were good,and the oxygen content in the upper corner was maintained at a safe and reasonable level guide.
