摘  要:我国煤矿钻孔整体瓦斯抽采难度大、抽采效果欠佳,瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采率偏低,针对王庄煤矿钻孔成孔后抽采浓度低、纯量小,现行封孔技术又远远没有达到密封隔绝效果,对于多次扰动的本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔,瓦斯抽采钻孔漏气更加突出的问题。提出了失效漏气钻孔二次注浆新提浓工艺并展开了相关研究,以期研发一套成熟的二次注浆提浓工艺体系,提高钻孔封孔效果,实现瓦斯高效治理。实践结果表明,二次注浆后钻孔提浓效果明显,钻孔提升最大浓度56%,效果明显钻孔的浓度提升量均在45%以上,二次注浆后钻孔密封性得到大幅增强,极大延长了钻孔有效抽采周期。The overall gas extraction of coal mine drilling in China is difficult,the extraction effect is not good,and the gas extraction concentration and extraction rate are low.In view of the low extraction concentration and low purity of Wangzhuang Coal Mine after drilling,the current sealing technology is far from achieving the sealing and isolation effect.For the gas extraction drilling in the coal seam with multiple disturbances,the gas leakage of gas extraction drilling is more prominent.In order to develop a mature secondary grouting concentration enhancement process system,improve the sealing effect of drilling and achieve efficient gas control,a new secondary grouting concentration enhancement process for failure leakage drilling was proposed and related research was carried out.The practical results showed that the effect of drilling concentration enhancement after secondary grouting was obvious.The maximum concentration of drilling was increased by 56%,and the concentration of drilling was increased by more than 45%.After secondary grouting,the sealing of drilling was greatly enhanced,which greatly prolonged the effective extraction period of drilling.
