摘 要:为了解决白羊岭煤矿阳坡庄向斜影响区域内的瓦斯赋存异常进而影响巷道掘进的问题,提出利用多种水力冲孔措施钻孔布置方式与普通穿层钻孔联合抽采的方法实施瓦斯治理并考察抽采效果。研究结果表明,相比于普通钻孔,水力冲孔措施孔不仅能够显著地破碎煤体从而制造出一个更庞大的卸压区域,而且能够将瓦斯抽采浓度提高4倍,瓦斯抽采纯量提高7.3倍。根据瓦斯抽采纯量的时间衰减函数模型,推断出造穴孔累计瓦斯抽采量为普通钻孔的8.1倍,表明水力冲孔技术不仅能够提升瓦斯抽采的速度,也能更大程度地释放煤层中赋存的瓦斯,对区域瓦斯治理有明显的积极影响。In order to solve the problem of abnormal gas occurrence in the inclined area of Yangpozhuang in Baiyangling Coal Mine,which affects roadway excavation,it was proposed to implement gas management and examine the extraction effect by using various hydraulic punching measures drilling arrangement methods in combination with ordinary through-layer drilling.The results of the study show that compared with ordinary drilling,the hydraulic punching measure holes not only can significantly break the coal body and thus create a larger pressure relief area,but also can increase the gas extraction concentration by 4 times and the pure gas extraction volume by 7.3 times.Based on the time decay function model of pure gas extraction,it is inferred that the cumulative gas extraction from the cavernous holes is 8.1 times that of the normal holes,indicating that the hydraulic punching technology not only enhances the speed of gas extraction,but also releases the gas stored in the coal seam to a greater extent,which has a significant positive impact on the regional gas management.
