摘 要:针对砚北煤矿特厚冲击地压煤层中大断面交岔点应力集中度高、跨度大、围岩易变形等诸多因素,为保证支护质量,根据生产实际和巷道围岩特性,有针对性地设计出“超长锚索补强+木垛支护+硐室扩掘浇筑+右帮部短锚索补强+交岔点双向对拉锚索加固”复合支护方式进行交岔点补强支护。通过现场顶板离层和巷道表面位移监测证明,该支护技术形成了多层组合拱结构,能有效维护巷道顶板长周期稳定,具有积极的技术参考价值和较强的实践意义。In response to various factors such as high stress concentration,large span,and easy deformation of surrounding rock at the intersection point of the extra thick rock burst pressure coal seam in Yanbei Coal Mine,in order to ensure the quality of supporting,a Targeted design of a composite support method consisting of"extra long anchor cable reinforcement+wooden pile supporting+chamber expansion pouring+short anchor cable reinforcement at the right side+bidirectional opposite anchor cable reinforcement at the intersection point"for cross point reinforcement and supporting was designed based on the production practice and the characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock.Through on-site monitoring of roof detachment and roadway surface displacement,it has been proven that this supporting technology forms a multi-layer composite arch structure,which can effectively maintain the long-term stability of the roadway roof,and has positive technical reference value and strong practical significance.
