两部制电价制度下水电工程概算中施工用电价格计算方法研究

摘　　要：随着越来越多省市的一般工商业用电开始实行两部制电价,水电工程概算编制时需要对施工用电价格计算方法进行明确。本文从概算角度考虑,对两部制电价基本电价的计列方式与计算方法进行研究,提出两种计算方法,并结合工程实例进行验证及对比分析。结果表明:两种计算方法均切实可行,可操作性强,可用于水电工程概算中两部制电价的计算。As more and more general industrial and commercial power users start implementing two-part electricity price,it is necessary to clarify the calculation method of construction electricity price in hydropower engineering cost estimation.In this paper,the calculation method of the basic electricity price of two-part tariff are studied.On this basis,two calculation methods are proposed,which are verified and compared with engineering examples.The results show that both calculation methods are feasible and operability,and can be used in the calculation of two-part tariff in hydropower engineering cost estimation.
