摘　　要：本文针对高等院校大型修缮工程点多面广、工程复杂的特点,深入分析高等院校大型修缮改造项目的难点,主要包括造价控制难、进度控制难、管理成效低等问题。在此基础上,提出制定详细大型修缮改造计划、采用全过程咨询和协同办公的应对策略,以期为未来高等院校大型修缮改造工作提供参考。Focusing on the characteristics of multiple points,wide coverage and complex engineering in large-scale repair projects in higher education institutions,this article thoroughly analyzes the difficulties of large-scale renovation projects in higher education institutions,mainly including cost control,schedule control,and low management effectiveness.On this basis,it proposes response strategies of developing a detailed large-scale renovation plan,adopting consulting service for whole process and collaborative working,to provide references for large-scale renovation of higher education institutions in the future.
