硅藻土-二氧化锰制备及吸附甲醛性能的研究

摘  要:文章旨在研究硅藻土-MnO_(2)在去除甲醛方面的性能及影响因素。实验结果表明,首先,随着温度的不断升高,硅藻土-MnO_(2)对甲醛的去除率逐渐提高,在达到一定温度后又逐渐趋于稳定。其次,吸附时间对甲醛去除率存在显著影响,初期阶段去除率快速提高,而后缓慢趋于稳定。再次,硅藻土-MnO_(2)复合材料的用量也会对甲醛去除效果产生影响,适当增加材料用量可以提高甲醛去除率,但超过一定量后去除率又逐渐稳定。最后,涂饰工艺的复杂性和油漆用量也对甲醛去除率具有重要影响,简单涂饰工艺有利于提高去除效果。上述研究结果为优化硅藻土-MnO_(2)在甲醛去除方面的应用提供了有益参考。This article investigates the performance and influencing factors of diatomaceous earth-MnO_(2) in formaldehyde removal.The experiment shows that as the temperature increases,the removal rate of formaldehyde by diatomaceous earth-MnO_(2) gradually increases,but tends to stabilize after reaching a certain temperature.The adsorption time has a significant impact on the formaldehyde removal rate.The removal rate rapidly increases in the initial stage and then tends to stabilize.The amount of diatomaceous earth-MnO_(2) composite material also affects the removal efficiency of formaldehyde.Increasing the amount appropriately can improve the removal rate,but after exceeding a certain amount,the removal rate tends to stabilize.In addition,the complexity of the coating process and the amount of paint used have a significant impact on the formaldehyde removal rate,and a simple coating process is beneficial for improving the removal effect.These research results can provide useful references for optimizing the application of diatomaceous earth-MnO_(2) in formaldehyde removal.
