摘 要:文章旨在探讨姜黄素通过CD14对慢性酒精中毒性肝损伤大鼠的保护作用及其机制。试验使用连续灌胃白酒的方法建立小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,将21只SD大鼠随机分为3组:灌水对照组、灌酒组、灌酒+姜黄素制剂(2.0、4.0、8.0 g/kg)组,连续灌胃12周,检测各组大鼠的肝组织损伤情况及肝组织内CD14的表达情况。研究发现,相比于灌酒组,灌酒+姜黄素制剂组大鼠的肝损伤情况及CD14表达水平均显著降低,且随着姜黄素浓度增加,CD14表达量也在下降。可见,姜黄素对大鼠酒精性肝损伤具有显著的保护作用,且可能与降低肝细胞的CD14表达有关。The paper explored the protective effect and mechanism of curcumin on chronic alcoholic liver injury in rats through CD14.The alcoholic liver injury model of rats was established by continuously feeding Baijiu.Twenty one SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:water control group,alcohol group,and alcohol and curcumin preparation(2.0,4.0,8.0 g/kg)group,and orally administered for 12 weeks.The liver tissue damage and CD14 expression in each group of rats were detected.Compared with the alcohol group,the liver injury and CD14 expression level of rats in the alcohol and curcumin preparation group were significantly reduced,and with the increase of curcumin concentration,the expression level of CD14 decreased.It indicated that curcumin has a significant protective effect on alcoholic liver injury in rats,which may be related to the reduction of CD14 expression in liver cells.
