摘  要:大型真菌是指体型较大、可用肉眼观察到的真菌。其体内含有的多糖、蛋白质类和萜类等生物活性物质,是其被用作天然药物的一个重要原因。近年来,随着分子生物学和生物技术的发展,大型真菌的相关研究受到了广泛关注,并以多糖类物质尤为突出。这些多糖生物功能多样,包括免疫调节、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等,在医药和保健品领域具有广阔的应用前景。然而,目前关于其结构与功能间的关系尚未明晰,仍需通过深入研究来揭示其具体作用机制。基于此,文章将从大型真菌多糖的结构特点、生物活性及其构效关系三方面对大型真菌多糖的国内外研究进展和应用前景展开综述,以深化对大型真菌多糖的了解和认识,为后续研究和应用提供理论参考。Macrofungi refer to those fungi that are large and can be observed with the naked eye.The bioactive substances such as polysaccharides,proteins and terpenes in the macrofungi are the important reason why the macrofungi are used as natural medicines.In recent years,with the development of molecular biology and biotechnology,more attention has been paid to the study of macrofungi,especially polysaccharides.These polysaccharides have a variety of biological activities,including immunomodulation,antioxidant,anti-tumor,so as to have wide application prospects in the fields of medicine and health products.Nonetheless,the relationship between their structures and functions is not fully understood,and further research is needed to reveal the mechanism of their actions.Based on this,this article reviews the research progress and application prospects of macrofungal polysaccharides at home and abroad from three aspects:structural characteristics,biological activities and structure-activity relationship of macrofungal polysaccharides,in order to promote the understanding and recognition of macrofungal polysaccharides and provide theoretical references for further research and applications.
