摘 要:文章旨在探究黄精多糖对糖尿病肾病大鼠血糖及肾功能的影响。将大鼠随机分为空白组和模型组,后者采用高糖高脂饮食,并用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射,建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型。将成模大鼠随机分为阳性组,黄精多糖低、中、高剂量组和二甲双胍组。空白组和阳性组每日用0.9%的氯化钠溶液灌胃,其他组用相应药物灌胃,共8周。用药期间,监测大鼠一般情况及空腹血糖,末次用药后检测24 h尿蛋白、血尿素氮、肌酐。研究发现,相较于阳性组,黄精多糖中、高剂量组大鼠体质量增加(P<0.05),空腹血糖、24 h尿蛋白量、血尿素氮、肌酐均降低(P<0.05),且高剂量组的作用显著强于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结果表明,黄精多糖能降低糖尿病肾病大鼠的空腹血糖,改善肾功能。The paper explored the effect of polygona polysaccharose(PP)on blood glucose and renal function of diabetic nephropathy rats.The rats were randomly divided into blank groups and model groups.The model group rats were fed with high sugar and high fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin to build diabetic nephropathy rats model.Diabetic nephropathy rats with successfully modeling were randomly divided into the positive group,metformin group,PP low,middle,and high dose groups.The blank group and positive group were given 0.9%sodium chloride solution by gavage daily,and the other groups were given the corresponding drugs by gavage for 8 weeks.The general conditions and fasting blood glucose(FBG)of rats were monitored during the medication.After the last medication,the 24-hour urine protein(24h Upro),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)were measured.Compared with the positive group,the body weight of rats in PP middle and high dose groups were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of FBG,24 h Upro,BUN and SCr of these rats were decreased(P<0.05).Moreover,compared with the low dose of PP,the high dose of PP had significantly stronger effect(P<0.05).It indicated that the PP could reduce the level of FBG,and improve the renal function of diabetic nephropathy rats.
