摘  要:馆藏(搬迁)大遗址是中国大运河博物馆的展览特色。文章以馆藏大遗址仪征拦潮闸河道堆积为研究对象,通过对展厅内拦潮闸河道堆积遗址进行系统的采样分析,对遗址表面细菌群落的组成、结构与多样性有了初步的了解。结果显示,在土遗址的8个采样点位中,占优势的类群为放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)和变形菌门(Proteobacteria);在发生霉变的位置H1,丰度较高的类群为变形菌门的酸杆菌属(Acidibacter)和厚壁菌门的类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus)。研究结果可以为后期开展馆内大遗址的微生物病害防治提供可靠依据。Collection(relocation)large sites are the exhibition feature of China Grand Canal Museum.The article took the collection of Yizheng tidal gate river channel deposit as the research object,and preliminarily understands the composition,structure and diversity of bacteria community on the surface of the site through the systematic sampling and analysis of the tidal gate river channel deposit site in the exhibition hall.The results showed that the dominant indicator species in the 8 sampling points of the site are Actinobacteriota and Proteobacteria.At the site of mildewH1,the indicator species are Acidibacter of Proteobacteria and Spore-like bacillus of Firmicutes.The study results can provide the reliable basis for the later development of microbial disease prevention and control of large sites in this museum.
