摘 要:退化草地恢复是维护生态系统功能、防止土地沙漠化和水土流失、保护生物多样性、促进区域可持续发展的关键举措,深入理解植被与土壤的互馈关系对于指导宁夏退化草地的恢复工作具有重要意义。以宁夏13个典型围封的天然草地群落样地为研究对象,通过土壤样品采集和植被群落调查,开展宁夏退化草地恢复过程中植被与土壤变化及互馈关系研究。结果表明:①在退化草地恢复过程中,围栏内的植被生长状态和土壤质量优于围栏外,但0~10cm、10~20cm土壤理化性质间无显著差异;过长的围封年限不利于退化草地恢复,围栏内、外的最适宜草地恢复年限存在差异。②结构方程模型研究表明,植被盖度和土壤总氮含量直接影响植被地上生物量的变化。同时,地理纬度通过对土壤含水量和土壤pH值的间接影响对植被地上生物量起到调节作用。Restoration of degraded grassland is a key measure to maintain ecosystem function,prevent desertification and soil erosion,protect biodiversity and promote regional sustainable development.A thorough understanding of the mutual feeding relationship between vegetation and soil is of great significance for guiding the restoration of degraded grassland in Ningxia.Taking 13 typical enclosed natural grassland communities in Ningxia as examples,soil sample collection and vegetation community investigation were conducted to study the changes of vegetation and soil in the process of restoration of degraded grassland in Ningxia.The results showed that①During the restoration of degraded grassland,the vegetation growth state and soil quality inside the fence were better than those outside the fence,but there was no significant difference between the physical and chemical properties of 0~10 cm and 10~20 cm soil;Too long period of enclosure is not conducive to the restoration of degraded grassland,and there are differences in the optimum period of grassland restoration inside and outside the fence;②Structural equation model study showed that vegetation coverage and soil total nitrogen content directly affected the changes of above-ground biomass of vegetation.At the same time,geographical latitude plays an indirect role in regulating the aboveground biomass of vegetation through the indirect effects on soil water content and soil pH value.
