摘　　要：文章论述了高职院校房产管理模式分类,提出高职房产管理信息化建设路径,在数字化转型大时代背景下,通过房产可视化设计分析,重点探究了基于数字转型背景下的高职院校房产管理数字化平台的建设方法,借助数字技术实现可视化房产管理,打造房、人、物的数字一体化综合业务平台,做到房产业务全方位数字化管理。This paper discusses the classification of property management models in vocational colleges and proposes pathways for the informatization of property management in higher vocational institutions.In the context of digital transformation,the study focuses on exploring methods for building digital platforms for property management in vocational colleges through visual property design and analysis.By leveraging digital technology to achieve visual property management,the aim is to create a digitalized,integrated business platform that encompasses property,people,and assets,enabling comprehensive digital management of property-related business activities.
