摘 要:目的 探讨系统性健康教育干预在脑外伤手术患者护理中的作用。方法 将2021年10月—2023年10月某院收治的48例脑外伤手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各24例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上进行系统性健康教育干预。对比两组患者的健康知识掌握程度、心理状态、自我效能感、情绪状态以及生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组患者的健康知识掌握程度、自我效能感均高于对照组;两组患者的生活质量均有所提高,其中观察组的提高程度高于对照组,干预带来的净效应有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 系统性健康教育干预能够显著提高脑外伤手术患者的生活质量,增强其自我效能感,减少抑郁、焦虑症状。因此,推广应用系统性健康教育干预有助于改善脑外伤手术患者的康复效果。Objective To explore the role of systematic health education intervention in the nursing of patients undergoing traumatic brain injury surgery.Methods A total of 48 patients with traumatic brain injury surgery admitted to a hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observer group,with 24 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received systematic health education intervention on the basis of routine care in the control group.The level of health knowledge mastery,psychological state,self-efficacy,emotional state,and quality of life between two groups of patients were been compared.Results After intervention,the observation group had higher levels of health knowledge mastery and self-efficacy than the control group;the quality of life of both groups of patients has improved,with the observation group showing a higher degree of improvement than the control group.The net effect of the intervention is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients undergoing traumatic brain injury surgery,enhance their self-efficacy,and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.Therefore,promoting the application of systematic health education interventions can help improve the rehabilitation outcomes of patients undergoing traumatic brain injury surgery.
