摘 要:为解决充电设施激增、充电桩容量不匹配等问题,平衡区域充电负荷,提升用户充电满意度,合理布局充电设施至关重要。为此,提出一种基于面需求法的电动汽车充电设施选址方法。首先,根据慢充桩和快充桩的现有分布情况,对配电网区域进行分区建模。其次,结合电动汽车用户的分布和各区域的车流量,确定最佳充电设施布局区域。考虑到分布式电源和储能设施较多,为减少弃风弃光情况,分区选址过程需综合考虑分布式能源设施的位置。最后,运用粒子群优化算法对案例进行仿真分析。结果表明,基于面需求法的充电设施分区选址优化方法可降低充电过载风险99.7%,提升充电设施功率稳定性63.2%,提高用户充电满意度3.2%,体现了分区选址策略的有效性。In order to solve the problems of increasing charging facilities and mismatching charging pile capacities,balance the charging load and enhance users'charging satisfaction,it is crucial to rationalize the layout of charging facilities.This paper proposes a plane demand based method for siting electric vehicle charging facilities.Firstly,the distribution network area is partitioned and modeled according to the existing distribution of slow charging piles and fast charging piles.Secondly,the optimal charging facility layout area is determined by combining the distribution of electric vehicle users and the traffic flow in each area.Considering the large number of distributed power sources and energy storage facilities,the siting process needs to comprehensively consider the location of distributed energy facilities so as to reduce wind and light abandonment.Finally,the particle swarm algorithm is used to simulate the case.The results indicate that the optimization method of charging facility partition siting based on facet demand can reduce the risk of charging overload by 99.6%,improve the power stability of charging facilities by 63.2%,and increase the users'charging satisfaction by 3.2%,which reflects the effectiveness of the partition siting strategy.
