摘 要:高比例可再生能源接入电网,会导致电网电压频繁波动。为满足现有配电网实现负荷的高电能质量供电,提出一种柔性变压器拓扑结构,将电力电子变换装置与传统变压器结合,实现对电网电压的连续调节。与全功率电力电子变压器相比较,该装置具有成本低、可靠性高、效率高等优点。首先给出基于三电平AC/AC变换器的柔性变压器工作原理,在控制方面引入基于虚拟正交源的电压控制技术,通过不同时段改变开关管的占空比来实现AC/AC变换器的相位偏移电压补偿,并提出柔性变压器的故障保护措施。最后通过仿真和实验,验证提出的柔性变压器可以进行精确的电压幅值调节,并具有一定范围的无功功率补偿功能。Connection of a high proportion of renewable energy to the grid may result in frequent fluctuations in grid voltage.In order to satisfy high power quality power supply of the current power distribution network,this paper proposes a flexible transformer topology,which combines the power electronic converter with the traditional transformer to realize continuous voltage regulation of the grid.Compared with the full-power power electronic transformer,this device has the advantages of low cost,high reliability and high efficiency.The paper firstly presents the working principle of flexible transformer based on three-level AC/AC converter,and introduces the voltage control technology based on virtual orthogonal source in the control aspect.Afterwards,the phase offset voltage compensation of AC/AC converter is realized by changing the duty cycle of the switching tube at different periods.Finally,through simulation and experiment,it is proved that the proposed flexible transformer can adjust the voltage amplitude accurately and has a certain range of reactive power compensation function.
