摘  要:针对架空配电线路覆冰在线监测问题,提出一种基于超声波测距原理的架空配电线路覆冰厚度监测技术,研发超声波覆冰监测装置并分别进行实验室和现场应用检验。该方法采用超声波测距飞行时间法,计算线路覆冰前后超声探头与线路的距离,依据其差值得到线路覆冰厚度。实验室内以圆形铁棒模拟配电线路,在搭建的超声波监测配电线路试验平台条件下,当覆冰厚度检测值为16.74 mm时,其与实测值的相对误差为5.08%。超声波覆冰监测装置在贵州某配电线路挂网应用期间,能正常上传环境温度、相对湿度和测距数据,2024年2月27日15:36:52测得线路覆冰厚度值为16.76 mm,与实测值的相对误差仅4.23%。实验室和现场应用检验结果验证了所提架空配电线路覆冰超声波监测技术的有效性和准确性。In view of the problem of icing on-line monitoring of the overhead distribution lines,this paper puts forward a technology of detecting icing thickness of overhead distribution lines based on the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement,and develops an ultrasonic icing monitoring device,which is respectively applied to the laboratory and the actual distribution lines.This technology uses ultrasonic time-of-flight method to calculate the distance between the ultrasonic probe and the line before and after icing,and obtains icing thickness of the line by the difference value.In the laboratory,the round peeler is used to simulate the distribution line under the built test platform condition.The simulation results show that when the detected value of icing thickness is 16.74 mm,the relative error between the measured value and the detected is 5.08%.During the application of the ultrasonic icing monitoring device in one distribution line in Guizhou,the device can upload the ambient temperature,relative humidity and ranging data normally.The icing thickness of the line measured at 13:36:52 on February 27 in 2024 is 16.76 mm,and the relative error is only 4.23%compared with the artificial measured value.The validity and accuracy of the ultrasonic monitoring technique for icing of overhead distribution lines are verified both by laboratory and filed applications.
