摘  要:超高结构建造空中造楼机是我国自主研发的一种适用于超高层建筑、高耸构筑物的专用混凝土结构施工装备。现有设计计算标准中缺乏适用于超高结构建造空中造楼机的风荷载体型系数,导致在进行风荷载作用受力分析时取值相对偏保守,造成不必要的浪费。论文针对超高结构建造空中造楼机风荷载体型系数不明确的问题,设计制作了16组不同超高结构建造空中造楼机试验模型,完成592个工况的均匀流场体型系数试验。试验结果表明:防护网体型系数绝对值与防护网开孔率成正比,与核心筒开孔率成反比;防护网开孔率为0.7、核心筒开孔率为0.5时防护网体型系数具有最大值0.933;防护网开孔率为0.8、核心筒开孔率为0.7时防护网体型系数具有最小值0.263。通过本试验的研究,揭示了超高结构建造空中造楼机的风荷载体型系数,完善了现有模架装备标准规范的不足。The ultra-high structure construction aerial building machine is a specialized concrete structure construction equipment independently developed in China,which is suitable for super high-rise buildings and high-rise structures.The existing design calculation standard lacks wind load shape coefficients applicable to the ultra-high structure construction aerial building machine,which leads to relatively conservative value in wind load force analysis and unnecessary waste.This paper addresses the issue of unclear wind load shape coefficients for the ultra high structure construction aerial building machine.16 sets of different experimental models for the ultra-high structure construction aerial building machine were designed and manufactured,and 592 uniform flow field body shape coefficient tests were completed.The experimental results show that the absolute value of the protective net shape coefficient is directly proportional to its wind resistance rate,and inversely proportional to the wind resistance rate of the core-tube.When the wind resistance rate of the protective net is 0.7 and the wind resistance rate of the core-tube is 0.5,the maximum value of the protective net shape coefficient is 0.933.When the wind resistance rate of the protective net is 0.8 and the wind resistance rate of the core-tube is 0.7,the minimum value of the protective net shape coefficient is 0.263.Through experimental study on wind load shape coefficient of ultra high structure construction aerial building machine,the wind load shape coefficient is revealed,which improved the shortcomings of existing formwork equipment standards and specifications.
