摘  要:目的探讨自我管理联合家庭管理干预模式对学龄期支气管哮喘患儿1年内再入院的影响。方法选择2021年5月1日—2023年5月1日医院收治的200例学龄期支气管哮喘患儿及家属作为研究对象,按照组间基于特征可比的原则分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组采用自我管理联合家庭管理干预模式,观察并比较两组患儿1年内哮喘发作频次与再入院次数、哮喘症状控制情况、儿童哮喘生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果实施自我管理联合家庭管理干预模式后,观察组一年内哮喘发作频次与再入院次数均低于对照组,哮喘症状控制评分高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组儿童哮喘生活质量各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组儿童哮喘生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用自我管理联合家庭管理干预模式,可以有效降低学龄期支气管哮喘患儿1年内哮喘发作频次和再入院次数,并进一步提高患儿哮喘症状控制效果、提升儿童哮喘生活质量和家属的护理满意度。Objective To explore the impact of self-management combined with family management intervention model on readmission of school-aged children with bronchial asthma within one year.Methods A total of 200 school-aged children with bronchial asthma and their families admitted to the hospital from May 1,2021 to May 1,2023,were selected as study subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received a self-management combined with family management intervention model.The frequency of asthma attacks and number of readmissions within 1 year,asthma symptom control,quality of life scores for children with asthma,and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After implementing the self-management combined with family management intervention model,the frequency of asthma attacks and the number of readmissions within one year were lower in the observation group compared to the control group,the asthma symptom control score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the each dimension scores of quality of life for children with asthma between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the each dimension scores of quality of life for children with asthma in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the selfmanagement combined with family management intervention model can effectively reduce the frequency of asthma attacks and the number of readmissions
