摘　　要：目的探讨对糖尿病患者实施多学科合作院内血糖同质化管理模式的效果,实现对糖尿病患者的规范化管理,提高医院血糖质控效果,预防低血糖。方法选择2021年11月—2022年11月景德镇市第三人民医院20个科室的80例糖尿病患者和68名护理人员作为研究对象。按照组间基线资料具有可比性原则将其分为对照组和观察组。两组各40例患者和34名护理人员,对照组采用传统康复模式,观察组采用多学科合作院内血糖同质化管理模式,糖尿病专科护士为主导,非内分泌科室各选择1名糖尿病联络护士,开展多学科合作干预。采用我院自制《糖尿病专科护理质量考核标准》对院内血糖质控效果进行评估,对比两组患者高血糖及低血糖发生率,统计两组护士糖尿病理论知识及操作技能评分。结果观察组护士糖尿病理论知识考核成绩、操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理质量、患者质量、护士质量及总量表条目达标率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者高血糖发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科合作院内血糖同质化管理模式能有效提高糖尿病患者对健康知识的知晓率和护理人员的专业化水平,有效提高院内血糖质控效果,降低低血糖的发生风险。Objective To explore the effect of implementing a multidisciplinary collaborative in-hospital blood glucose homogenization management model for diabetic patients,achieve standardized management,improve the effectiveness of blood glucose quality control in hospitals,and prevent hypoglycemia.Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients and 68 nursing stafffrom 20 departments of the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group.There were 40 patients and 34 nursing staffin each group.The control group used the traditional rehabilitation model,while the observation group implemented a collaborative in-hospital blood glucose homogenization management model,with diabetes specialist nurses leading the intervention and one diabetes liaison nurse selected from each non-endocrine department to carry out the multidisciplinary collaborative intervention.The self-developed"Nursing Quality Assessment Standards for Diabetes Specialty Nursing"of our hospital was used to evaluate the effectiveness of in-hospital blood glucose quality control.The incidence of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia between the two patient groups was compared,and the diabetes theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores of the nurses in both groups were statistically analyzed.Results Nurses in the observation group had higher scores in diabetes theoretical knowledge and operational skills compared to those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher compliance rates for management quality,patient quality,nurse quality,and total scale items compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of hyperglycemia between the two groups(P>0.05),and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation gro
