蛋白琥珀酸亚铁口服液联合维生素C片在妊娠合并贫血中治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探究蛋白琥珀酸亚铁口服液与维生素C片联合应用于妊娠期合并贫血患者治疗的临床效果。方法 本研究方便选取2021年5月—2023年4月宁德市妇幼保健院妇产科收治的88例妊娠合并贫血患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。对照组接受常规贫血治疗,观察组接受蛋白琥珀酸亚铁口服液与维生素C片的联合治疗。比较两组患者血红蛋白水平、红细胞计数、血红细胞压积和妊娠结局。结果 治疗后,观察组血红蛋白水平、红细胞计数、血红细胞压积均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率为11.36%(5/44),低于对照组的45.45%(20/44),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.571,P<0.001)。结论 蛋白琥珀酸亚铁口服液联合维生素C片在妊娠合并贫血治疗中具有显著优势,不仅能提升血红蛋白和红细胞计数,还可改善妊娠结局。Objective To explore the clinical effect of iron albuminate oral liquid combined with vitamin C tablets in the treatment of anemia during pregnancy.Methods This study selected,88 pregnant women with anemia admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Ningde Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group received the usual anemia treatment,and the observation group received the combined treatment of ferrous protein succinate oral liquid and vitamin C tablets.Hemoglobin level,red blood cell count,hematocrit and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,hemoglobin level,erythrocyte count and hematocrit in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 11.36%(5/44),which was lower than 45.45%(20/44)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.571,P<0.001).Conclusion The ferrous protein succinate oral liquid combined with vitamin C tablets has significant advantages in the treatment of anemia in pregnancy,which can not only increase the hemoglobin and red blood cell count,but also improve the pregnancy outcome.
