摘 要:目的探析饮食护理干预在老年2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2022年5月—2023年5月滕州市中医医院收治的84例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照不同的护理方法分成参照组和观察组,各42例。参照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理干预联合饮食护理。比较两组血糖水平、饮食管理能力、饮食管理依从性、护理满意度。结果干预前,两组空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)、饮食管理量表评分、饮食行为依从性量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。干预后,两组FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c水平均降低,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组饮食管理量表评分、饮食行为依从性量表评分均升高,且观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,观察组护理满意度为97.62%(41/42),高于参照组的80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.097,P<0.05)。结论将饮食护理干预应用于老年2型糖尿病患者护理中可降低患者血糖水平,提高患者饮食管理能力、依从性与护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of diet nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into reference group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given routine nursing intervention combined with diet nursing.The blood glucose level,diet management ability,diet management compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),scores of Diet Management Scale and scores of Diet Behavior Compliance Scale between the two groups(all P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG and HbA1c in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of dietary management scale and dietary behavior compliance scale in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.62%(41/42),which was higher than 80.95%(34/42)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.097,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diet nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve the diet management ability,compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients.
