摘  要:涡轮叶片作为航空发动机的关键部件,其加工过程复杂,对叶片质量的检测要求极高。采用激光直写法(LDM)制造国产高压涡轮叶片,具有高精度、高密度、高光谱分辨率的特点,可用于三维产品的三维测量、无损检测及三维重建等。随着激光直写技术在国内高压涡轮叶片生产厂家的应用,高压涡轮叶片已实现批量生产。本文对国产高压涡轮叶片的激光直写成形工艺和缺陷检测技术进行了介绍,并对缺陷的检测方法和软件进行了分析。As a key component of aero engine,turbine blade has a complex processing process,which requires very high quality detection.High pressure turbine blades manufactured by laser direct writing(LDM)are characterized by high precision,high density and high spectral resolution,and can be used for 3D measurement,non-destructive testing and 3D reconstruction of 3D products.With the application of laser direct writing technology in domestic high pressure turbine blade manufacturers,high pressure turbine blades have achieved mass production.In this paper,the laser direct writing forming process and defect detection technology of domestic high pressure turbine blades are introduced,and the defect detection method and software are analyzed.
