摘　　要：本文重点讨论了车漆底漆的重要程度,分析了底漆在车漆涂装过程中的作用和意义。底漆是涂装层的基础,其主要作用是为面漆提供良好的附着力和附着基础。在涂装过程中,底漆能够填充和封闭车身表面的微小缺陷和孔洞,提高面漆的附着力和涂层的整体均匀性。通过对底漆的性能和功能的详细解析,强调了底漆在提高车漆整体质量、耐久性和美观度方面的关键作用。同时,对底漆施工技术和注意事项进行了简要概述,为汽车涂装行业提供了一定的指导意义。This article primarily discusses the importance of automotive primer paint,analyzing its role and significance in the process of automotive paint application.Primer is the foundation of the painting layer,whose primary function is to provide good adhesion and attachment basis for the topcoat.During the painting process,the primer can fill and seal the microscopic defects and pores on the surface of the body,enhancing the adhesion of the topcoat and the overall uniformity of the coating.Through a detailed analysis of the performance and functions of the primer,the article emphasizes the critical role of the primer in improving the overall quality,durability,and aesthetics of the automotive paint.In addition,a brief overview of primer application techniques and precautions is provided,which offers certain guiding significance for the automotive painting industry.
