船用离心压气机叶片包角对气动性能的影响

摘  要:作为离心压气机的核心部件,叶轮对压气机的整体气动性能起到了至关重要的作用,为研究叶轮结构对离心压气机气动性能的影响,本文以船用涡轮增压器的离心压气机为研究对象,通过调整叶片前缘轮缘和轮毂侧叶片包角的大小从而实现叶片向其自身压力面和吸力面的偏转,并基于SST湍流模型对压气机气动性能和流场结构开展数值计算,结果表明:相较于轮毂侧的偏转,压气机气动性能对轮缘侧的偏转更为敏感,轮缘侧一定程度的偏转能通过减小叶片前缘激波损失、削弱动静干涉作用从而改善压气机内部流场,提升压气机的整体气动性能并一定程度上减小压气机的气动噪声。As the core component of the centrifugal compressor,the impeller plays a crucial role in the overall aerodynamic performance of the compressor.To study the influence of the impeller structure on the aerodynamic performance of the centrifugal compressor,this paper takes the centrifugal compressor of the marine turbocharger as the research object.By adjusting the size of the blade leading edge,rim,and hub side blade wrap angle,the deflection of the blade to its own pressure and suction surfaces is achieved.Based on the SST turbulence model,numerical calculations are carried out on the aerodynamic performance and flow field structure of the compressor.The results show that compared to the deflection on the hub side,the aerodynamic performance of the compressor is more sensitive to the deflection on the rim side.A certain degree of deflection on the rim side can improve the internal flow field of the compressor by reducing the shock wave loss at the leading edge of the blade and weakening the dynamic-static interference effect,thereby enhancing the overall aerodynamic performance of the compressor and reducing the aerodynamic noise of the compressor to a certain extent.
