摘　　要：市场出现多起柴油机机油泵前盖板断裂故障,影响柴油机润滑系统正常运行,导致发动机拉缸化瓦等恶性故障,针对机油泵前盖板断裂故障,本文从材料缺陷、材料强度、发动机装配、机油泵结构设计等多维度进行了全面、系统梳理。结合具体故障案例,通过对材料排查、有限元计算分析、装配原因排查、模态试验等维度,揭示了机油泵前盖板断裂原因和机理,给出了相对系统、全面的故障分析思路和方法,并提出相应的改进措施,为机油泵结构优化提供参考。There have been multiple incidents in the market where the front cover plate of the diesel engine oil pump has broken,affecting the normal operation of the diesel engine lubrication system and leading to malignant faults such as engine cylinder pulling and bearing failure,in view of the fracture fault of the front cover plate of the oil pump,this paper comprehensively and systematically combs the material defects,material strength,engine assembly,and oil pump structure design.Combined with specific market failure cases,the causes and mechanisms of the fracture of the front cover of the oil pump are revealed through the dimensions of material investigation,finite element calculation and analysis,assembly cause investigation,modal test,etc.,and the relatively systematic and comprehensive fault analysis ideas and methods are given,and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to provide reference for the optimization of the structure of the oil pump.
