摘 要:本文阐述了钣金常见展开方法应用技术和在生产中累积的多种板厚的折弯系数而制成的参数表,折弯系数应用在折弯钣金件展开中的优越性和实用性,折弯系数在钣金展开工艺处理过程中的实现与应用。解决了人工计算繁杂、误差大的问题,降低了劳动强度和生产成本,提升了企业产品市场竞争力。This article elaborates on the common unfolding methods and application technologies of sheet metal,as well as the parameter table made from the accumulated bending coefficients of various plate thicknesses in production.The superiority and practicality of applying the bending coefficient in the unfolding of bent sheet metal parts,and the implementation and application of the bending coefficient in the sheet metal unfolding process are also discussed.Solved the problems of complex manual calculations and large errors,reduced labor intensity and production costs,and improved the market competitiveness of enterprise products.
