摘 要:安哥拉目前是非洲第三大产油国,也是我国在非洲的第一大石油进口来源国和重要经济贸易伙伴。安哥拉潜在石油天然气资源多位于深水和超深水领域,项目开发的技术难度大,投资金额也大,因此在油气项目运营过程中,通过利用先进技术降低投资和开发成本,根据财税合同条款测算单井经济极限等手段对目标资产的经济效益进行评估,不断优化技术方案从而获得最大收益具有重要意义。Angola is currently the third largest oil producer in Africa and also the largest source of oil imports and an important economic and trade partner of China in Africa.As the potential oil and gas resources of Angola are mostly located in the deepwater and ultra-deepwater fields,the projects are featured with high technical difficulties and large investment.Therefore,in the process of operation of the overseas oil and gas industry,it is of great importance to evaluate the economic benefits of target assets by using technology to reduce investment and development costs,and measure the economic limits of single well according to the terms of fiscal and tax contracts,and constantly optimize technical solutions to obtain maximum benefits.
