摘 要:某炼厂由两台热力除氧器为锅炉提供除氧水,除氧乏汽直接排空,不仅造成了能源的浪费,还对环境产生大气污染、温室效应等负面影响。文章通过增设除氧乏汽回收装置来回收热力除氧器排出的乏汽,有效降低了能源浪费和污染物的排放,并针对生产运行中出现的电机变频器故障和溶解氧超标等问题进行分析与总结。In a refinery,two thermal deaerators are employed to supply deaerated water to the boilers,and the exhaust steam from the deaeration process is directly vented to the atmosphere,which not only caused waste of energy,but also will produce air pollution,greenhouse effect and other negative effects on the environment.By adding a deaerated steam recovery device to recover the exhaust steam from the thermal deaerator,the energy waste and pollutant emission are effectively reduced.In addition,the problems in production and operation such as motor frequency converter failure and excessive dissolved oxygen are analyzed and summarized.
