摘  要:某公司600 kt/a对二甲苯装置旋转阀控制系统已运行多年,存在硬件老化、软件版本未及时更新、旋转阀物理床层无法显示等问题,因此于2021年完成了基于双旋转阀的吸附塔控制系统(RACS)的国产化开发。RACS是国内首套基于双旋转阀的模拟移动床控制系统,打破了国外对芳烃生产控制技术的垄断,改造后的RACS除了实现原系统所有功能外,还新增了全流股区域流量切换等功能,吸附塔运行更稳定;增加了模拟旋转阀在线运行的全流程测试方法,大大降低了系统投用风险,保障了装置的安全稳定长周期运行。The rotary valve control system of a 600 kt/a paraxylene unit of a company has been running for many years,which appeared many problems such as hardware aging,outdated software version,and undisplayable physical bed of the rotary valve.Therefore,the localization development of the adsorption tower control system(RACS)based on double rotary valves was completed in 2021.RACS is the first set of simulated moving bed control system based on double rotary valves in China,which breaks the monopoly of aromatic production control technology in foreign countries.Besides realizing all functions of the original system,the modified RACS also adds functions such as full-flow regional flow switching,and the adsorption tower runs more stably.The whole process test method of simulating the online operation of rotary valve is added,which greatly reduces the risk of system operation and ensures the safe and stable long period operation of the plant.
