中部资源型企业投资金融服务业及铜材产业的探索与思考

摘　　要：潞安集团作为中部资源型企业,近年来,按照转型发展要求,积极布局金融产业和实体经济,拓宽产业转型渠道,走出了一条高效率、高收益的产融结合新路,确保了国有资产保值增值。按照主题教育深入开展调研的要求,通过实地考察、现场办公、座谈交流等方式,深入分析国有集团公司在探索金融转型、实体转型中取得的成绩及存在的困难问题,提出相应建议意见,以期为推动资源型企业转型发展和高质量发展、提高国有资产经营管理水平提供有益参考。As a resource-based enterprise in central China,Lu'an Group has actively laid out the financial industry and real economy in accordance with the requirements of transformation and development in recent years,expanded the channels for industrial transformation,and embarked on a new path of efficient and high-yield integration of industry and finance,ensuring the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.In accordance with the requirements of conducting in-depth research on theme education,through on-site inspections,on-site offices,discussions and exchanges,we will analyze in depth the achievements and difficulties of state-owned group companies in exploring financial and physical transformation,and put forward corresponding suggestions and opinions,in order to provide useful references for promoting the transformation and high-quality development of resource-based enterprises and improving the level of state-owned asset management.
