摘 要:为了提升Mo金属的力学性能,采用化学镀法与放电等离子烧结(SPS)方法制备了掺杂质量比2%的Mo@La_(2)O_(3)合金烧结体。结合SEM,EDS,XRD,维氏硬度实验,纳米压痕实验等表征手段,分析了Mo@La_(2)O_(3)合金烧结体的微观组织与力学性能。结果表明:采用化学镀的方法掺杂La_(2)O_(3),可以填充Mo基体的孔隙,提高了烧结体的致密度,并细化合金的晶粒。在致密度提升、弥散强化和细晶强化的综合作用下,大幅提升烧结体的硬度、韧性等力学性能。In order to improve the mechanical properties of Molybdenum alloy,the present work manufactured the Mo@La_(2)O_(3)sintered bulk which contains 2%wt of La_(2)O_(3)by utilizing electroless plating method together with spark plasma sinter(SPS)technology.Characterizations such as SEM,EDS,XRD,Vicker hardness test and Nano-indentation test were selected to analyze the microstructure and mechanical property of Mo@La_(2)O_(3)sintered bulks.The results show that to dope La_(2)O_(3)by using electroless plating method,holes in the sintered bulk were filled up,which improved the relative density and refined grains of the alloy.The mechanical properties including hardness and stiffness were promoted due to the combined influence of the increasing relative density,grain boundary strengthening and dispersion strengthening mechanism.
