摘  要:通过等温氧化试验,在大气环境下,对两种铁素体耐热不锈钢(C1不含Zr,C2含Zr)在1000、1050和1100℃下的100 h高温氧化行为进行研究。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对两组不锈钢氧化层表面、截面形貌和物相组成进行观察分析。试验结果表明,两种合金的高温氧化动力学曲线均遵循抛物线规律。与C1合金相比,C2合金在各温度氧化时,均表现出较低的增重率。Zr的加入没有改变氧化膜的构成,两组合金氧化膜均由内层的Cr_(2)O_(3)和表层富含Fe-Cr-Al-O的尖晶石氧化物组成。C1合金在不同温度氧化过程中均出现了氧化膜脱落,其中在1100℃下尤为显著;C2合金表面氧化膜致密且连续,表现出良好的抗高温氧化性能。在合金中添加Zr可以增强氧化层和基体附着力,从而提高FeCrAl合金抗高温氧化性能。The high-temperature oxidation behavior of two ferritic heat-resistant stainless steels(C1without Zr and C2with Zr)was studied through isothermal oxidation tests in an atmospheric environment at 1000,1050,and 1100℃for 100h.The surface,cross-sectional morphology,and phase composition of the oxidation layers of both steels were analyzed using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The experimental results indicate that the high-temperature oxidation kinetics curves of both alloys follow a parabolic law.Compared to the C1alloy,the C2alloy exhibited lower weight gain rates at all tested temperatures.The addition of Zr did not alter the composition of the oxide film;both alloys formed oxide layers consisting of an inner Cr_(2)O_(3)layer and an outer spinel oxide layer rich in Fe-Cr-Al-O.The C1alloy experienced oxide film spallation at various temperatures,with the most significant spallation observed at 1100℃.In contrast,the oxide film on the C2 alloy was dense and continuous,demonstrating excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance.The incorporation of Zr in the alloy enhances the adhesion between the oxide layer and the substrate,thereby improving the high-temperature oxidation resistance of FeCrAl alloys.
