烟用包装胶应用现状及发展前景探究

摘　　要：烟用包装胶是一种烟草用粘合剂,主要用于粘合小盒商标纸、条盒纸、封口纸等。烟用材料中烟用包装胶用量较小,但对卷烟包装质量能产生极大影响,直接关乎烟用材料消耗和卷烟整体生产效率。本文对烟用包装胶应用现状进行探究,在了解烟用包装胶性能基础上,探讨其粘结性能对生产设备与参数的要求,并结合烟用包装胶应用情况对其未来发展前景加以展望,以期为该领域的研究提供重要参考。Tobacco packaging adhesive is a tobacco adhesive,mainly used for bonding small box label paper,carton paper,sealing paper and so on.The amount of packaging adhesive used in tobacco materials is small,but it has a great impact on the quality of cigarette packaging,which is directly related to the consumption of tobacco materials and the overall production efficiency of cigarettes.In this paper,the application status of tobacco packaging adhesive was explored,based on understanding the performance of tobacco packaging adhesive,the requirements of its adhesive performance on production equipment and parameters were discussed,and its future development prospects were prospected in combination with the application situation of tobacco packaging adhesive,in order to provide an important reference for the research in this field.
