摘 要:目的对再生纤维素食品包装材料中无机砷含量提取和检测条件优化。方法通过优化浸提体积、提取方式、温度及时间等参数,得到最佳试验条件,以液相色谱进行分离,以原子荧光光谱仪进行测定。结果该方法使4种不同砷形态化合物在10 min内有效分离,且各自的线性关系良好(r>0.999)。添加3个不同浓度As(Ⅲ)与As(Ⅴ)的样品,回收率为85.9%~105.3%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~6.3%,方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、精密度好,可以满足对再生纤维素食品包装材料中无机砷含量检测需求。Objective To optimize the extraction and detection conditions of inorganic arsenic in recycled cellulose food packaging materials.Methods The optimum conditions were obtained by optimizing the extraction volume,extraction method,temperature and time.The extraction was separated by liquid chromatography and determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Results Four different arsenic compounds were effectively separated within 10 min,and their linear relationships were good(r>0.999).The recoveries of three samples with different concentrations of As(III)and As(V)were 85.9%~105.3%,the relative standard deviations were 2.4%~6.3%,and the detection limit was 0.02 mg/kg.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,and can meet the requirements of inorganic arsenic content detection in recycled cellulose food packaging materials.
