摘 要:为改善干气密封低速动压弱不易成膜以及高速膜厚大易泄漏的问题,在动环内部设置泵出槽并通过导流孔与端面泵入槽相连通,提出了1种轴向叠层回流泵送槽(简称:叠层泵出槽)干气密封新结构.基于ANSYS Fluent商用软件模拟获得了干气密封的流场和稳态性能,对比研究了叠层泵出槽、经典螺旋槽和人字槽干气密封的稳态性能,研究了叠层泵出槽干气密封泄漏率和回流量与转速、外腔压力以及气膜厚度之间的定性影响规律和定量关联模型,探讨了叠层泵出槽结构中的关键结构参数及其优选值.结果表明:相较于经典螺旋槽干气密封,叠层泵出槽干气密封零速时开启力提高5%,高速时泄漏率降低35%,其开启力对转速变化不敏感,泄漏率随转速增大而略有下降,是1种具有低速高承载及高速低泄漏优异特性和适用于高转速且小膜厚条件下的密封结构,叠层泵出槽的回流泵送能力受到转速、外腔压力和气膜厚度三者的综合影响,且主要受到泵出槽深度、螺旋角和导流孔径向位置的影响,当槽深0.1 mm<h_(r)<0.4 mm、螺旋角10°<α<20°和导流孔径向位置0.11<R<0.23时,该型式密封具有良好的回流泵送能力和较低的泄漏率.In order to improve the sealing performance of dry gas seal,which is difficult to form gas film at low rotating speed due to weak hydrodynamic effect and easy to form large gas film thickness to cause excessive leakage at high rotating speed,a novel type of dry gas seal structure with axial laminate pumping-outgroove was proposed by setting up a pumping-out groove inside the rotating ring and connecting with the end of pump-in groove through the diversion holes.The principle of the novel seal structure was to utilize the dynamic pressure effect of the pumping-in groove on the end face to strengthen the gas film bearing capacity,while the pumping-out groove could reverse the sealing gas on lower-pressure side to the higher-pressure side to reduce the leakage rate.The flow field and steady-state performance of the dry gas seal were simulated based on the commercial software ANSYS Fluent.The steady-state performance of the axial laminate pumping-out groove,classic spiral groove and herringbone groove dry gas seal were compared,and the qualitative influence rules and quantitative correlation model among the leakage rate,reflux rate and rotating speed,outer pressure,and gas film thickness of the axial laminate pumping-outgroove seal were studied.The key structural parameters and their optimal values of the axial laminate pumping-out groove structure were discussed.The results showed that compared with the classic spiral groove gas seal,the opening force of the axial laminate pumping-out dry gas seal was increased by 5%at zero speed,and the leakage rate was reduced by 35%at high speed.The opening force was not sensitive to the change of rotating speed,and the leakage rate decreased slightly with the increase of rotating speed.It was a sealing structure with excellent characteristics of high gas film bearing capacity at low speed and low leakage rate at high speed.It was suitable for high rotating speed and small film thickness conditions.The reflux pumping capacity of the axial laminate pumping-outgroove was affected b
