摘 要:汽车灯具的光度检测准确度受灯具光源温度影响大,极易引起灯具错检。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于衰减速率匹配的光度补偿方法,首先将所测灯具的一组光度值一阶差分数据与已有的样灯的光度一阶差分衰减数据进行相似性匹配,求得最佳匹配位置,再结合样灯的光度变化曲线可求得所测灯具光度的补偿系数,最后对初始测量值补偿可得准确光度值。实验结果表明:该方法测量误差小于3%,相较于直接测量方法极大地提高了光度值测量的精确性,可以很好地应用在灯具在线检测领域。The accuracy of photometric detection of automotive lamps is greatly affected by the temperature of the light source,which can easily lead to misdetection of the lamps.To address this issue,a photometric compensation method based on attenuation rate matching is proposed.First,a set of first-order differential data of the measured lamp's photometric values is matched for similarity with the first-order differential attenuation data of existing reference lamps to find the best matching position.Then,by combining the photometric variation curves of the reference lamps,the compensation coefficient for the measured lamp's photometric values can be obtained.Finally,compensating the initial measurement values yields accurate photometric values.Experimental results show that the measurement error of this method is less than 3%,significantly improving the accuracy of photometric measurements compared to direct measurement methods.This approach can be effectively applied in the field of online lamp detection.
